The new Ebdon Court development in Weston-super Mare, in north Somerset, will replace an existing care home with 65 self-contained flats and community facilities. It is Alliance Homes’ largest single project to date.
The scheme has been developed in partnership with North Somerset Council and NHS North Somerset and has also received funding from the Homes & Communities Agency.
The 82-week build programme recently started on site and will be constructed to a BREEAM ‘very good’ environmental rating.
