Struckton buys stake in track safety business

5 Feb 16 Strukton Rail has bought half the shares in Dual Inventive Holding, which develops and produces technology products for the rail sector.

Its products are designed to increase track worker safety and productivity, maximise the railway’s availability for transport and improve the reliability of the railway infrastructure. Dual Inventive has 21 employees and a turnover of €4.5m (£3.4m).

The daily management of Dual Inventive and its vision and strategy will remain unchanged.

The two companies have already been working together on different fronts. Both companies focus on the international market and regularly meet in different countries including Sweden, France, Belgium, Italy, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom and Australia.

“We have decided to join our innovative and network forces, which makes it easier for us to offer the entire range of products and services,” said Lex van der Poel, managing director of Dual Inventive.
