Stephen Gibson has joined the office, Turner & Townsend Ferzan Robbins, as director of cost management.
Gibson has already spent 25 years with the consultancy, working across three continents. He joins the New York team from Shanghai, where he led a number of major retail and pharmaceutical projects. He will take primary responsibility for Turner & Townsend’s cost management of several major projects, including the new Time Warner headquarters at Hudson Yards, New York - the largest real estate development in US history.
Gibson said: “This is a great time to be joining Turner & Townsend’s USA team, as the company continues to expand its offering to clients in the property, infrastructure and natural resources sectors.
“Having worked in a variety of global markets for over two decades, I look forward to applying my experience in one of the most dynamic real estate markets in the world.”
