Willmott Dixon reorganises housing arms

4 May 16 Willmott Dixon is bringing all its disparate residential building activities into a single new division.

Its contracting and development businesses Willmott Dixon Regen, Prime Place and Be:here are all being brought together as Willmott Residential, run by  former Berkeley Group finance director Nic Simpkin as divisional chief executive.

Willmott Dixon Regen chief executive Andrew Telfer becomes deputy chief executive of Willmott Residential.

At the same time, the contract house-building arm is rebranded within Willmott Residential as Willmott Partnership Homes.

Group chief executive Rick Willmott said: “The launch of Willmott Residential provides clear differentiation in the way we now present and manage the group and underlines how serious we are in growing our residential presence. The company will provide an integrated business for our wide ranging residential skill-sets with better internal collaboration and utilisation of synergies.”
