You may recall back in May we posed a question for our readers as to the identity of this very rare looking piece of machinery.

The draw was made at Desford on 11th September by Cat demonstrator Simon Hill seen here on the right.

We are pleased to announce that from a hat full of entries the winner was Fred Evans from Wales. Fred wins the limited edition Cat backhoe loader 25th anniversary cap which was kindly donated by Caterpillar UK, for correctly indentifying the American built Speeder excavator on a Cat tractor.
