The University of Essex would like to establish a single supplier Framework Agreement for the Design, Supply, Installation and Maintenance of Smart TRVs and Associated Hardware and Software.
The University of Essex would like to gain centralised control of heating from its wet radiators across its campuses, by means of smart Thermostatic Radiator Valves (TRV). It is seeking a contractor who can Design, supply, install and maintain smart TRVs heads.
For the Initial call off contract the University requires 1,650 smart TRV heads for accommodation spaces at our Colchester campus (South Courts), to be designed, supplied and installed. Installation should include the smart TRV head, any hub/gateway or similar if required as well as a monitoring software package.
