Senior Quantity Surveyor (PQS)

Job Description

We're looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor on behalf of a nationwide and highly established firm of construction and property consultants. They provide a range of services to clients across the UK including the full range of cost consultancy services. This is very much a full pre and post contract cost consultancy / professional quantity surveying role working closely with the client, with this firms project work crossing a number of sectors.

This highly successful firm have been providing a comprehensive range of construction consultancy services to clients for over 100 years. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the construction process from procurement to the agreement of the Final Account for commercial construction schemes and will have the opportunity to work with a great team gaining plenty of good project experience.

We're looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor with a high degree of Quantity Surveying experience, ideally within consultancy or private practice. You will have extensive knowledge of construction processes and experience across the entire construction life cycle. Whilst this isn't a management position and we're looking for a Quantity Surveyor keen to focus on service delivery, ideally we're looking for someone who enjoys mentoring more junior team members and passing their experience on to the next generation.
