As a Quantity Surveyor with us, you'll be at the forefront of delivering high-profile projects, from concept to completion. Here's what the role entails:

• Managing all aspects of cost management for projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, ensuring profitability and cost efficiency.
• Overseeing the procurement process, from tendering and contract negotiations to supplier selection and contract administration, in compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
• Administering contracts including JCT, Design & Build, NEC3/4, handling variations, claims, and disputes effectively and professionally.
• Conducting thorough cost analysis and risk assessments, identifying potential risks and opportunities to mitigate cost overruns and delays.
• Providing expert advice on contractual matters to project teams, clients, and subcontractors, fostering strong relationships and ensuring clarity and transparency.
• Preparing accurate and timely financial reports, valuations, and final accounts, maintaining meticulous records and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Utilising industry-leading software and tools for quantity surveying tasks, enhancing efficiency and accuracy in project management and cost control.
• Collaborating closely with stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and clients, to ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards, on time, and within budget.
