Revit Technician - Building Surveying

Responsibilities of a Revit Technician:

Utilise Revit software to create accurate and detailed building models for surveying projects.

Collaborate with surveyors and engineers to ensure precise integration of survey data into Revit models.

Generate high-quality 2D drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD alongside Revit.

Assist in the development and implementation of Revit standards and best practices within the team.

Conduct regular quality checks to ensure models adhere to project requirements and industry standards.

Support project managers in coordinating project timelines and deliverables related to Revit tasks.

Provide technical support and training to team members on Revit software usage and workflows.

Stay updated on the latest Revit advancements and techniques to enhance project efficiency and quality.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Revit software with a strong understanding of building information modeling (BIM) principles.
• Experience in AutoCAD 2D/3D drafting and modeling.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate deliverables within project deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt to evolving project requirements.
