Project Manager - North London - Refurb/Refurbishment - Permanent

Our client a specialist construction company with a premium client-base requires an experienced Project Manager from ideally a QS background or has a QS/Commercial degree, although a Project Manager with good commercial skills will be considered.

Their office is based in North London and core business is Refurb & External/Internal Restoration/Redecoration works for high class residential accommodation within prime central London estates.

Due to expansion fuelled by increased turnover they are seeking to recruit an ambitious, commercially aware individual with a real desire to take their career to the next level. They require a candidate who can very quickly grow into a senior management role and then full director role. This is for someone with drive and determination.

A relevant degree would be beneficial as would experience of high class finishes but not essential

You will be a director within 3 years on a 6 figure package to match, £150K.

Salary & Benefits

This position will pay a basic in the region of £50,000 + benefits + our client prides itself on its long-standing policy of sharing its success with its employees. Consequently they operate an excellent profit-share scheme, as well as the option of purchasing an equity stake in the long-term. Due to the nature of the role and the fact that it will lead towards directorship in 3 years, you will then be on a 6 figure package with equity in the company.
