Senior / Associate Building Surveyor

Job Description

We're looking for an experienced Building Surveyor for an Associate level opportunity. This is a project led role with a Building Consultancy working primarily with clients in the education sector, they can already boast of a range of workstreams and can see real potential to develop their business further across the West Midlands.

Our client is looking for an experienced Building Surveyor with good knowledge and experience of the Education sector. They are looking for someone to develop their presence across the West Midlands with much of the work largely around the Birmingham area. This role will largely be remote, but as the building consultancy's head office is based in Leicestershire, the role will require you to spend one day a week there with their team. This is an independently owned, owner managed practices with three offices across the central region. They are a very busy and highly successful firm able to offer an attractive career opportunity.

There is real progression on offer here to Partner level, for someone who can develop their existing work and client base and they see massive potential across the West Midlands. This firm already has a great reputation and are able to offer an attractive package and bonus to the right candidate.
