Job Description

Fantastic opportunity to take ownership of the QA/QC process on this high value Hyperscale Data Centre project in Southern Germany. Lead this process overseeing installation quality for this project ensuring precise and efficient completion.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Managing inspection and documentation associated with Equipment; Piping systems (carbon steel); HVAC ducting systems; Plumbing & drainage systems;
• Preparation of test packs; witnessing of pressure testing;
• Maintaining and presenting weld information & records;
• Weekly reporting on QAQC performance; troubleshooting; preparation of punch lists; punch clearance verification
• Work closely with the Project Manager and construction team to ensure quality standards are achieved with minimal snags.

Personal Requirements

• Academic and/or trades qualifications in mechanical discipline
• 10 years Mech QAQC experience in Industrial-type projects with minimum of 5 years experience in lead role
• Experience and knowledge of piping and HVAC systems
• Data Centre experience preferable
