Job Description
Net Temps are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager with extensive experience within the food & drink (Manufacturing) sector to work on a multi million pound project in Leicester. This is a long term post and offers the opportunity to work on an interesting scheme with a market leading contractor.
Roles & Responsibilities of Site Manager
- Managing construction personnel and delegating tasks to meet deadlines
- Performing regular inspections of the construction site
- Identifying potential safety hazards and managing them accordingly
- Ensuring all personnel comply with health and safety practices, such as wearing the appropriate protective equipment
- Organising work schedules
- Checking work techniques are correct and safe
- Managing orders and deliveries of building materials
- Assisting project managers with planning work activities
- Completing site reports and other records
- Attending site management meetings
- Attending client meetings
- Toolbox talks
Experience
- Overseen multi million pound projects within a Site Manager capacity
- Opertated as a Site Manager working on new build food and drink (Manufacuring) projects
Remuneration for this Site Manager post is £300 per day / CIS
