Job Description
Dove and Hawk are working alongside a high-end, multi branch estate agency looking for a Property Manager to join their new office based in Nine Elms!!
Duties:
- Managing a portfolio of around 120 properties
- Responsibilities will include
- arranging maintenance, dealing with deposit negotiations,
- payment of contractor and service charge invoices,
- dealing with general landord and tenant queries
- Ensuing properties meet compliance requirements ECIR gat safety etc
- Drafting and completing deeds of assignment and surrender when required
Requirements:
- 2 years Property Management experience
- Ability to organise and prioritise ones workload
- Be able to display High level of verbal and written communication
- Team player with a positive and can do attitude essential
- Hardworking and productive individual.
Days and Hours: Monday to Thursday 9am - 6pm and Friday is 9am - 5pm
Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 Plus Commison
1 Day WFH once Probation is passed and Final Agreement from Senior Manager.
