Job Description
Are you passionate about sharing your expertise in supply chains and warehouses? Our esteemed client, dedicated to supporting various businesses, seeks an individual to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in Warehouses, eager to coach and tutor others in the field.
What Does the Role Entail?
As a Tutor, you will be pivotal in delivering high-quality teaching within the warehouses, teaching apprentices across a 15-month course. Your responsibilities will include coaching and tutoring individuals in the supply chain, general labour and additional studies. Utilising your industry knowledge, you'll create engaging and context-specific examples to foster a supportive learning environment. Collaborating with key stakeholders, you'll set goals and develop the students for optimal results.
Skills and Qualifications:
Ideally, you will have prior experience in a similar role within supply chain or warehouses, to give you an understanding of the demands of the industry and teach the relevant skills. Your proven expertise will give you the ability to teach and coach apprentices and a passion for educating others will be key to your success. A creative and innovative mindset, exceptional communication skills and strong organisational abilities are qualities we value in the ideal candidate. Due to the nature of this role and the travel commitments within it being a driver is essential.
