Our client is a large UK main contractor dealing with construction, refurbishment and regeneration services to the Public Sector and key commercial clients. They are now looking to recruit experienced Painting Supervisors – Planned Maintenance for the south west Essex area. Planned Maintenance is primarily based upon External Fabric Repairs i.e. Cyclical Painting, Building Repairs. Candidates need to have a background in Cyclical Decorating, Cyclical Repairs and Refurbishment. Candidates need have a proven track record and a stable work history. Salary circa £35-45K Company Pension, BUPA. Car Allowance/Business Mileage
