Electrician
Job Type: Permanent
Start Date: Immediately
Location: Kensington and Chelsea
Salary: £25.00 per hour
We are working on behalf of a local council who are looking for an experienced and qualified Electrician to carry out responsive repairs and maintenance on occupied and void properties.
This is a static role therefore no van or fuel card will be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Carrying out all aspects of electrical work including repair, maintenance and fault finding in residential properties
- Fuse board upgrades
- Smoke and CO alarm replacements
- EICRs
Requirements:
- City & Guilds 2382-22 18th Edition
- City & Guilds 2391-52 Inspection and Testing or equivalent (preferred but not essential)
- 2365 Level 3 Diploma in Electrical Installations
You must have previous experience in social housing, housing associations or domestic properties.
