Lead maintenance Engineer

Job Description

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Lead Maintenance professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in electrical and mechanical systems, possess strong leadership skills, and excel in customer service. You will be responsible for supporting the operations manager and for the maintenance and upkeep of all buildings and the operations and equipment manufacturing.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and lead a maintenance team in daily operations

- Maintain and repair electrical systems, mechanical equipment, and machinery

- Welding and fabrication as needed

- Troubleshoot issues using schematics and logic controllers

- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders

- Develop and implement maintenance procedures to ensure efficiency

Skills:

- Proficiency in electrical systems and mechanical knowledge

- Ability to maintain and repair equipment

- Welding skills for fabrication tasks

- Strong customer service orientation

- Leadership qualities to guide a maintenance team effectively

- Experience supervising maintenance staff

- Familiarity with schematics and logic controllers

- HNC or BTEC in an engineering discipline
