Job Description

Team Assistant - Marylebone - £25,000 to £28,000 Dependant on Experience

My client, one of London's leading property development and asset management firms, are currently seeking an organised Team Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Executive Assistant, CEO and wider team alongside covering the reception area, in their stunning offices in Marylebone.

The firm specialises in development, investment, construction and operates across all residential sectors, including luxury homes, serviced residences, co-living, short-lets and student accommodation. This is fantastic opportunity for anyone who is looking to progress to a Personal Assistant in the future.

The ideal candidate will be resourceful, detail-oriented, and capable of managing a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks with professionalism and confidentiality.

Duties:

  • Manage Reception area: including answering switchboard phone, managing meeting room bookings, meeting and greeting guests;
  • Support the Executive Assistant to Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
  • Prepare and organise documents, presentations, and reports for meetings, conferences, and other events
  • Support the Executive Assistant to handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the CEO, prioritising and responding appropriately
  • Support the Executive Assistant to Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation, and preparing itineraries
  • Conduct research, gather data, and provide insights to support the CEO's decision-making process
  • Co-ordinate Short-let accommodation cleans, check-in and check-outs
  • Assist with personal tasks and errands for the Executive Assistant as requested
  • Provide General Administrative support to the wider team as required

Experience Required:

  • Minimum of 1 years' experience in administrative/team assistant role
  • Experience within the property industry would be advantageous
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive, with strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Professional appearance and demeanour
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Salary: £25,000 to £28,000 Dependant on Experience
Hours: Office Based Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
