Assistant Commercial Manager, assisting our Commercial Manager in London.

Experience - 4-5 Years Main/Sub contractor (Contractual environment)

Base: London (WC1X 8UE) with Site visits along with visits to our factory in Telford.

Elements Europe Limited are part of The Pickstock Group, an international group of companies specializing in construction, off site manufacturing and property development with an annual turnover in excess of £200m. We are an industry leader in modular construction techniques with a portfolio of major international clients. Due to continued expansion we are seeking experienced and highly motivated personnel to join our team based in our London Office in Grays Inn Road

Reporting to our Commercial Manager, the role is to oversee procurement and commercial management across a number of modular schemes with offsite building solutions where we are now acting as a Main Contractor including an Aparthotel, Private Rented Sector residential accommodation and a School. The role will include managing procurement and commercial management aspects of trade packages and maintaining our customer accounts, in addition to reviewing schemes at concept stage and advising on budget costs for offsite modular / turnkey solutions. This is a key role in a business that is well positioned in an expanding market covering housing, schools, retail, hotels and student accommodation. Among the qualities such individuals must possess are strong commercial awareness, strong client liaison skills, project management and team leadership.

They also need an extensive understanding of the construction industry, flexibility and a talent for negotiation.
