Lettings Executive

Dove & Hawk are partnered with London's leading co-living operator, who are search of a Lettings Executive to play a pivotal role in maintaining their current platform and driving further expansion.

Primarily focused in West London, you will be instrumental in ensuring our accommodation units remain consistently occupied throughout the year. This role demands a fast-paced environment with a strong emphasis on sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with our team in West London to uphold maximum occupancy rates.
• Engage with our professional clientele, both existing and potential, to showcase our accommodation offerings.
• Drive sales initiatives to meet and exceed targets.

The Ideal Candidate:

• We are seeking an articulate, dynamic, and impeccably presented individual to fill this role. The ideal candidate should possess:
• A proactive approach with a hunger for capitalising on opportunities and closing deals.
• Exceptional communication skills, adept at building rapport with professionals across various salary brackets.
• Persuasive abilities coupled with high emotional intelligence.
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in a fast-paced, sales-focused role within the real estate sector.
• Convenient access to West London and its adjacent areas via car on a daily basis.
• Flexibility to work evenings and Saturdays, essential for this dynamic market.
• Candidates must possess a car with a full, preferably clean, driving license.

This is a hybrid role combines office-based tasks with extensive fieldwork in West London residential areas.

Flexibility to work evenings and Saturdays is also very important in this particular market (a large part of the role is outcome focused meaning that there will be some flexibility for later starts and time off in lieu during the week to compensate for this).

Basic: £22.5K + Car Allowance
OTE: £40K - £45K in the 1st year with a lucrative uncapped commission structure and monthly bonus structure.
