New requirement for an Architect job in Dallas, TX, with an architecture and design firm, focusing on hospitality and commercial projects in the region. Offering a salary of $70,000 - $80,000 plus benefits!
Having built a heritage spanning over four decades, the firm has garnered a stellar reputation for its adept handling of commercial projects nationwide. Its portfolio showcases a broad spectrum of typologies, including hospitality, commercial interiors, multifamily residences, mixed-use developments, senior living communities, educational facilities, and retail spaces.
With a dynamic team exceeding 65 members across multiple locations, the firm is geared for expansion. At present, they are in search of an Architect I with over 3 years of experience, specifically in hospitality and commercial projects, to enhance their Dallas team. This opportunity invites individuals to become part of an energetic team and contribute to interesting projects in a flourishing market.
Role & Responsibilities
- Concept design and development, including assisting with client presentations
- Production work from SD to CA
- Material specification and selection
- Assist with project scope and budget management
- Contribute to research, zoning, and permit approvals.
Required Skills & Experience
- Licenced Architect; NCARB, AIA, CSI, or IIDA is also desirable
- Degree in Architecture or similar
- 3+ years of experience (post-graduation)
- Proficient in Revit; knowledge of Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, Deltek, Enscape, and SketchUp, is desirable.
