About us:

The Company:
You will be working for an established international Facilities Management company.
The Role:
You will be responsible for the Planned Preventative Maintenance and Reactive Repairs ensuring that all tasks on the system are closed on time with detailed updates. Furthermore, you will make sure that any issues are brought to the attention of the site management team whilst responding to their requests.
Your Responsibilities:
- Managing sub-contractor attendance on site, this includes viewing RAMS prior to visit and booking visit dates with contractors for reactive and preventative maintenance works.
- Working with quotes to receive quotes when required.
- Provide advice and support to the Facilities Management team and Engineers when needed.
- Provide Facilities Management team with updates and reports whilst attending weekly meetings.
