Job Description
Are you a skilled Sub Agent looking for an exciting opportunity on a heavy civils project?
We have a fantastic position available for a Sub Agent, offering a competitive daily rate.
Join my clients team and play a key role in the construction and contribution to this groundbreaking project.
My client is a renowned civil engineering contractor who are looking to add a Sub Agent to motivate and drive the engineering team to meet deadlines and quality standards. In this challenging project, a commercially aware and technically savvy Sub Agent is desired to be able to take initiative and keep the team on site marching to the same tune.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the construction activities of your section of the project
- Ensure that work is completed safely, on time, and within budget
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, planners, and stakeholders to ensure efficient project delivery
- Monitor progress, quality, and performance of subcontractors and suppliers
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to the construction team
The ideal candidate will have:
- A degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent qualification)
- Ability to show previous experience in a similar role
- SMSTS
- A full UK Driving license
- SC clearance (eligibility to be SC cleared)
