About us:

Daniel Owen is an established recruitment consultancy specialising in the placement of quality temporary and permanent workers to all roles in the Built Environment. We work with some of the UK's largest and most respected construction, maintenance and engineering companies.

Contracts Supervisor responsibilities:

• To assist the contracts manager in the day-to-day running of multiple projects across Berkshire and Oxfordshire
• Implement Health and Safety practices on site
• Support in the organisation of projects
• Procurement of distribution of materials
• Building rapport with managing staff and sub-contractors on site
• Liaising with staff and ensuring effective communication throughout the team and general smooth running of projects

To be successful in this role you will need:

- CSCS Card
- Full drivers license
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
- In-depth knowledge of single ply roofing would be an advantage
