Job Type: Permanent
Start Date: Immediately
Location: Houghton Regis
Salary: £15.00 per hour
We are recruiting for an experienced Labourer to join a successful housing repairs and maintenance team on a local housing association contract.
Responsibilities:
- Undertaking general labouring duties on tenanted and void properties
- Completing daily work sheets detailing work undertaken and materials used after each job undertaken
- Working in partnership with other operatives to complete certain tasks
Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
- Blue CSCS Card
- Level 1 Health & Safety in Construction Skills
- Asbestos Awareness, UKATA or ITAP
Benefits:
- 08:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday
- A company van and fuel card (business use only)
