Senior Architectural Technologist Job in North Yorkshire, this is an opportunity to join an AJ100 company working on healthcare projects across the UK. They are offering up to £45,000, Hybrid/Flexible working, and 25 days holiday + Bank holidays
My client is a growing company with 4 offices across the northwest and northeast established 40 years ago. They are known for their work in large-scale residential developments and healthcare projects throughout the UK.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead a portfolio of projects, providing technical leadership as well as excellent client care
- Coach and mentor colleagues developing technical excellence throughout the teams
- Deliver projects through the preparation and review of drawings, schedules, and specifications, checking for accuracy and compliance with appropriate current standards and client requirements
- Liaise with clients to assess their needs
- Secure planning permission, obtain tender quotations by orders and company procedures, and undertake contract administration and reporting to clients
- Ensure quality measures, H&S guidelines, and other statutory and environmental legislations are adhered to
- Make visits to other offices and project sites when required.
Required Skills & Experience
- Holds a current site CSCS card or is prepared to immediately attain
- MCIAT accreditation
- 5+ years experience post qualifications and must hold relevant degree
- Experience working on Healthcare is highly desirable but not essential
- Project Leader experience with a passion for developing others
- Have a proven track record of developing and maintaining successful client relationships
- Have a proven track record of delivering significant projects to completion
- Strong technical skills.
