Architect Job in Chorley, Lancashire joining a prominent healthcare architectural team. With approximately 100 team members, the practice has earned its place on the AJ100 list. Offering 3 days working from home a week, up to £45,000 in salary and 31 days of holiday, including bank holidays, this role promises a rewarding work-life balance.

As part of its ongoing success, the practice is actively seeking to expand its architectural team in the coming year, driven by ambitious growth plans.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively within a team
  • Produce construction and tender packages in Revit
  • Capable architect with strong organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Understanding of UK building regulations
  • Reporting to Seniors and Associates

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years UK experience post part III
  • ARB registered
  • Revit proficiency is essential previous experience working to BIM level 2 is desirable
  • Experience working across all RIBA stages
  • Previous project experience is highly desirable but not essential
