In keeping with our strive to build affordable, future proof homes, we showcased the 75 dwelling project at each stage of construction. Council member guests were able to witness first hand the use of pre-fabricated, low carbon timber frames, provided by LoCal Homes, and hear about how these highly energy efficient homes, with an EPC A rating, are helping to tackle fuel poverty by reducing the end users energy costs. The houses are all designed for Affordable Rent and range from 1-bed Maisonettes to 4-bed Semi-Detached, helping Accent to build better futures for their customers and families.

By sourcing materials locally to site we are not only reducing our carbon footprint, but continuing our support for local businesses and communities in Peterborough.
