Full Condition Surveys

Visual survey of existing plant to provide a report upon the incumbent service provider's service delivery, compliance with current Health & Safety Legislation, Disability Discrimination Act compliance and short/medium/long term comments in respect to lift cycle analysis of the plant.

Equipment Audits

Visual survey of existing installations to 'benchmark' the installation against our in-house predetermined 'quality' expectations.

Project overseeing

Provision of minor works specifications for Heath & Safety

Minor Works Projects

Safety upgrades Disabled accessibility improvements in line with current Disability Discrimination Act legislation and aesthetic upgrades of lift car interiors etc.

Maintenance management

Provide professional advice on the incumbent Service provider as to his overall performance and service delivery. Management service includes organising and attending 6 monthly site contractor review meetings, review of all Contractor submitted correspondence, Insurance (L3) inspection reports as well as offering an off-site telephone advice service for the Property Building Manager.

Feasibility Studies

Carry out visual surveys of existing installations to provide an overview report of possible options for either refurbishment of existing installation of possible replacement with a new pre-engineered modular design solution.

Project Management

Provide professional performance duty services in respect to the refurbishment of existing lift installation systems including compiling a performance specification for the project, tendering project, analysis and contract award from returned contractor tenders. Duties include the full overseeing of the site phase of the refurbishment works as well as witness testing the completed works.

CDM Duties

Carry out the duties associated with acting in the role of Planning Supervisor for major refurbishment or replacement projects including issue and development of the pre-tender Health and Safety Plan for the works, compile and issue required Form F10 documentation to the relevant HSE Authority. Carry out ongoing management of the contractor throughout the duration of the site work to ensure that they are following their issued method statements etc. in physically executing their works.
