A bright (orange) investment for Neon Hire Services

25 Jan 21 Neon Hire Services has recently invested in ten Snorkel TM12 telescopic mast lifts for their hire fleet.

A bright (orange) investment for Neon Hire Services

Delivered by Snorkel UK earlier this month, the ten Snorkel TM12’s were handed over to Neon Lane & Rhonda Maisey the owners of Neon Hire Services by Snorkel UK Area Sales Manager, Jon Plaskitt. The TM12’s join Neon Hire Services growing powered access hire equipment fleet, which services customers in construction, maintenance, industrial and retail.

The Snorkel TM12 is very popular and widely used in both construction and facilities maintenance applications. Thanks to its compact dimensions, it can pass through a single doorway and travel in passenger elevators, and features a 0.5m roll-out extension deck which expands the working area and reaches over low-level obstacles. Powered by lead acid batteries, the Snorkel TM12 is a zero emission, electric lift that comes equipped with non-marking tyres as standard for working on sensitive floors, ideal for use in factories, warehouses, airports, retail, and hospitality environments. It can reach a maximum working height of up to 5.6m, has a platform capacity of 227kg, yet weighs just 830kg.

As one of the largest independent specialist powered access hire companies in the UK, Neon Hire Services operate five strategically placed depots in Birmingham, Brentwood, Luton, Peterborough and central London. In addition to powered access equipment hire, Neon Hire Services also offers material lifting equipment hire, including forklifts and material lifts, and are proud to have IPAF+ accreditation.

Of the recent investment, Neon Lane, said, "We are always looking to enhance our customer offering and the Snorkel TM12 is a popular and proven product, which can be used in a wide range of applications. I would like to thank Jon and the Snorkel UK team for their support with this order, and I am confident that these units will be a big hit with our customer base."

Andrew Fishburn, managing director of Snorkel UK, said, "I would like to thank Neon and his team for the trust placed in Snorkel. We are delighted to receive this order and are confident that the TM12’s, which are built here in the UK and feature our industry-leading dual-coat powder paint, will exceed their expectations."
