Kier North West has picked up the construction contract for the redevelopment of a community care home in St Helens.
The £18m deal involves the design and construction of secure residential, facilities and administration accommodation as part of the Red Bank Community home redevelopment.
Client is St Helens Council
There were five bidders for the scheme.
