As previously reported, on 14 March Redhall was thrown off the job, where it was fabricating and installing pipework on the £200m plant, with the contract 78% complete.
With adjudication in its favour, Redhall is pursuing the process to recover damages for Vivergo's contract repudiation as well as £16.7m in total costs outstanding on the contract, including settlement with its former employees on the Vivergo site and legal fees.
In April Redhall agreed a £1.2m 'full and final settlement' with the former employees.
