Bullock to improve Birkenhead homes

22 Nov 10 Walsall-based Bullock Construction has been awarded a £15m framework contract for housing improvements in Birkenhead.

The contract, let by Wirral Partnership Homes, involves refurbishing several tower blocks and new construction of other housing units.
