The new office is managed by Richard Mulhall, who will be looking to develop refurbishment business as well as new build.
“We have identified the green shoots of growing confidence in the last six-to-eight weeks amongst leading contractors,” said Mr Mulhall. “This has been expressed in terms of stalled projects being re-launched and brought forward.”
Conder is also exploring overseas markets through its parent company’s interests in Asia and North America. Conder Allslade was acquired by Purico Group in 2008, which has interests in engineering, manufacturing and chemicals.
