Crash launches No Christmas Card appeal

3 Oct 13 Crash, the construction industry homeless charity, is once again appealing for companies to donate their Christmas card budgets to help provide shelter for rough sleepers.

Crash is the construction and property industry’s charity for homeless people.  It provides skills, products and materials to develop hostels and shelters.

Thanks to the continued support of industry organisations, Crash has been able to help more than 60 homelessness charities in the past year by providing pro-bono professional advice, supplying materials free of charge and awarding cash grants.

As in previous years, it is asking companies to send electronic e-mail Christmas cards and give the money saved on cards and stamps to the Crash No Christmas Card appeal.

Companies that choose to donate will get in return:

  • A free Crash animated Christmas e-card with your company logo.
  • The option to have an email signature and banner ad for your company’s website.
  • Donate by 2nd December and Crash will include your company’s name or logo in its 'Thank You' advertising in the New Year.

For further information about this appeal, which has raised more than £257,000 since 2009, call Kate Marsh on 020 8742 0717 or email kmarsh@crash.org.uk.
