The new development, designed by Aukett Fitzroy Robinson, comprises three individual research office buildings providing 45,000 sq ft, 35,000 sq ft and 30,000 sq ft of space.

Development Securities expects to lodge a planning application in the next few weeks and start construction before the end of the year.
