Keepmoat wins five-year Midlands housing repair contract

1 Aug 14 Keepmoat Property Services has won a £8.5m contract to carry out repairs and maintenance work for more than 1,400 homes across the Midlands.

The five-year responsive maintenance and property works contract for with Jephson Housing Association Group also has the potential to be extended for a further five years.

The contract will see work undertaken to properties including elderly and disabled residents’ supported housing.

The contract will deliver services to homes in Milton Keynes, Luton, Melton, Nottingham and Northamptonshire.

The contract comes after Keepmoat Property Services recently won a 10-year contract to provide repairs and planned maintenance to more than 5,000 homes in Northamptonshire and Rutland on behalf of Spire Housing.
