They will now operate under the Lend Lease brand through three businesses - building, engineering and services. The new structure takes effect from today and the new branding will be progressively implemented as new projects begin.

The new structure is designed to create more competitive operating businesses, enabling greater leverage of skills and expertise, improved operational systems and efficiencies.
The building business will focus on construction in commercial, retail, residential, healthcare, education, recreation and other markets. Engineering will focus on civil construction, including roads, bridges, tunnels, dams, railways, ports, as well as industrial and resource-related work. The services business will focus on public and private asset maintenance and operations in the resources, power, telecommunications, water, roads and industrial sectors.
