This latest extension is the fifth that has been awarded to Mouchel since their first appointment in April 2010 and takes the contract to March 2020.
Mouchel will continue to provide highways and transportation services, as well as transport planning, environment, drainage, and geotechnical services among others.
Mouchel regional director Charles Ferrar said: “Over the past seven years we have succeeded in delivering year on year continuous improvement and our whole team have consistently tried to focus on the needs of Lincolnshire. It is really pleasing that these efforts have borne results. This is an achievement the Mouchel team can be proud of and we look forward to continue working with the Lincolnshire County Council and the delivery partners.”
Mouchel Consulting was recently acquired from Kier by Canadian engineer WSP. It will be changing its name to WSP in July 2017.
