The affordable housing division of Morgan Sindall Group is one of 14 contractors selected by First Choice Homes Oldham (FCHO) for the four-year framework.
The framework covers the refurbishment of hundreds of properties in FCHO's portfolio of 12,000 homes. Work starts in the first quarter of 2012 and will include kitchen and bathroom replacements, electrical and heating upgrades and external improvements.
