Through the development management agreement, Lovell will design, promote and sell the new housing on behalf of the council and will also be contracted to build the new homes. Potential development value is £80m.
A planning application has been submitted this week for the first 130 new homes at Marsh Lane in King’s Lynn, one of five sites in the borough council’s major housing project. The aim is to start construction here later this year.
