Major plant manufacturers to show at NEC waste exhibition

28 Aug 12 Leading construction equipment suppliers Liebherr, Case, Finning (UK), Bell and Blue Group are among the exhibitors at the RWM waste management exhibition at the NEC Birmingham, 11-13 September.

They will be among some 700 exhibitors at the event.

Liebherr plans to display two specialist materials handling machines, the A 904 C Litronic industrial rehandler and the L 5382plus1 PK-HL waste handler.

The A 904 C Litronic (pictured below) is a 24t-class long-reach wheeled materials handler with an elevating operator’s cab. It can lift 4.5t at 10.5m radius. The industrial straight monobloc boom is 5.6m long and it has a 0.65m³ capacity Type SG 25 sorting grapple for direct attachment on to the 4.5m industrial angled stick with tipping kinematic and 360° hydraulic swivel.

The L 5382plus1 PK-HL is an articulated, hydrostatic drive wheeled loader in the 14t+ operating weight class with a tipping load of just under 6.5t and, with the high-tip bucket on show, a dump height of 5.27m.

Blue Group will be showing machines from its portfolio of distributorships including Terex Fuchs materials handlers, Doppstadt shredders and chippers, Kiverco recycling plants and waste processing equipment, Terex Powerscreen crushing, screening, washing and recycling equipment, Telestack static, mobile and telescopic conveyors and CRS flip flow screens.

Two specialist Terex Fuchs long-reach materials handlers, the MHL350E and MHL820 (pictured below), will be making their UK debut.

The line-up on the Case stand will include the latest Stage 4 Interim compliant 821F wheeled loader and a WX240 Industry wheeled materials handler, equipped with a five-tine waste grab (pictured below).
