The design and build contract will construct eleven new apartments suitable for the over fifty fives, with one unit fully adapted as a wheelchair compliant home. The scheme will provide a mix of low cost home ownership and affordable rented tenure.
This is the first contract Mansell has secured through the First Wessex Framework.
Work will start on site this month and will complete in August 2011.
