The contract, which is worth approximately £98m, is for the provision of responsive repairs, voids maintenance, planned maintenance and enhanced annual servicing to all heating systems including solar and photo voltaic cells. Work will start in February 2012 and will cover all of Home Group's properties across the North East region.
