He joins from Orbit Homes, where he set up the residential development arm of the business in 2008. Before this, he held senior positions at Wolsey Residential Finance, Barratt Developments and Berkeley Homes.
For United House Developments, Jeff Knowles will lead delivery of the new mixed use scheme, developed in partnership with Poplar HARCA and currently in planning.

United House Developments, which undertakes large scale mixed-use regeneration and niche speculative residential development, is now gearing up for expansion having become an independent company following the merger of the contracting side of the United House Group business with Bullock Construction. United House Developments has 10 sites under development with a gross development value of £775m.
