Tim Hill has been finance director for the past 11 years and now takes over from the long-serving Ian Wallace, who has left after nearly 30 years with Barratt to set up his own business.
Barratt David Wilson, based at Hedge End, currently has 16 developments across Hampshire, the Isle of Wight, Dorset and West Sussex. A further two schemes will come on stream next month.
