Paul Cartwright joins Naylor with more than 30 years of experience in concrete products. He was commercial director of CPM (formerly Hanson Pipes) when it was acquired by Marshalls in 2017 and subsequently managing director of Marshalls Civils & Drainage.
Naylor Concrete Products has a lintel and precast factory at Barugh Green, near Barnsley, and a fencepost factory at Garforth. The latter was acquired from Procter Group in August 2020. Over the last 12 months, it has invested £3m in automation and increased capacity across both sites. The business turns over £13m a year and has 66 employees.
Naylor Group chief executive Edward Naylor said he had “ambitious growth plans” for his concrete business.
