8 Dec 11 Exitile Ltd, manufacturer of access panels for ceilings and walls, has ceased trading. All 70 or so employees have been let go.

Owner and managing director Chris Marvin was unavailable for comment but it is understood that the Nuneaton-based company was struggling with cashflow.

Exitile’s access panels have been used on many high profile developments around the world, from the new Wembley Stadium and Heathrow Terminal Five in the UK to the Atlantis Hotel on Dubai’s Palm Island.

Exitile was an associate member of the Federation of Plastering and Drywall Contractors.
