The Performance Group (TPG) has specialised in strategy development, change management and leadership development for the past 25 years.
The merger follows from Ramboll’s wish to strengthen its presence within management consulting in Norway. “As one team, we will be even better prepared to take on new projects in Norway and internationally,” said Haakon Löe, managing director of Ramboll Management Consulting in Norway.
Former CEO of TPG, Tone Sandahl, described the bringing together of two companies as “the best of both worlds”. "With TPG’s experience in the private market and Ramboll’s strong position in the public market, we really look forward to offering our customers a spectrum of services that will be hard to beat in Norway," she said.
